How about technical support services?

Standard ordering services for contracted solutions Vasvox provides support and services within the normal or agreed service scope during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 GMT+7, excluding public holidays. in Thailand) and respond within 4 hours after receiving notification of an abnormal event.

Customers/partners can order additional top-notch support and services. Vasvox provides support and service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays in Thailand. and respond within 4 hours after receiving notification of an abnormality

Does the company have a warranty?

The warranty period for defects in materials and guaranteed characteristics is 12 (twelve) months after delivery.

Hardware: During the warranty period Repair will be provided free of charge or equivalent replacement in accordance with Vasvox's current "General Conditions of Sale and Delivery" Defective units or components must be sent to a Wasvox Service Center. The trade partner is responsible for the expenses following the correct product return process. Repaired or replaced units or parts will be shipped to the partner at Vasvox's expense. Vasvox reserves the right to provide a replacement of equal or greater value. If the original components are no longer available

Software: The warranty is limited to the guaranteed specification that is noticeably missing at the time of purchase, including the correction of critical defects that prevent the software from being used as intended. Vasvox Technical Support Center Require adequate remote access to relevant systems in accordance with regulations. Excluded from any of Vasvox's obligations under this contract is the resolution of the lack of remote access capabilities. Payment terms?

The relevant payment must be made in Thai Baht and made in Thailand within 30 (thirty) days after the date of delivery and date of invoice.
