Vasvox Company Limited was established in 2012. We are a company owned by Thai individuals. By co-founders who are experts and have more than ten years of experience in Contact Center Technology and Voice Recording Solutions.

Vasvox is mainly focusing on these clients: Insurance companies, Financial institutions, Contact Centers, Public Safety organizations, Security Agency as well as Logistics companies for both private enterprises and government sectors.

Vasvox is official, authorized, and certified with ASC and Anywhere365 on the Microsoft platform. Our products are integrated with Salesforce CRM and various brands of telephony systems. The solutions support both On-Premises and On-Cloud (even local Cloud).

Vasvox overview

Vasvox is a provider of Omni-Channel Recording systems combined with AI technology that can still comply with Compliance policy and have data security standards. The system can run on both Cloud and On-Premises. We deliver a full suite of Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) where the users can run or connect their contact center anywhere at any time, just subscribe with us.

Omni-Channel Recording suite is bundled in CCaaS such as Voice, Chat, Video and Screen recording, Quality Management (QM), and Workforce Management (WFM). Speech Recognition and Speech Analytics are also included, including Desktop Analytics, Speech-to-Text (Thai language), and keyword spotting.

Cybersecurity is another critical aspect of business that is closely intertwined with various technologies, particularly Cybercrime Analytics technology, aimed at mitigating and preventing cybercrimes, which are increasingly severe and damaging to businesses today. Our Red Team and Blue Team comprise experts with over 20 years of experience in the industry. They work hand in hand with state-of-the-art tools to combat cyber threats effectively. Additionally, we offer basic training courses for your organization's employees.

Speech-to-text (Thai language)

After our concerted efforts to push manufacturers to expedite the development of Speech-to-Text systems to support Thai language, it is gratifying to announce that today we have an efficient tool in place for handling such tasks. This opens up a new frontier in the business sector. Massive audio recordings of customer conversations have emerged as an invaluable source of big data, especially when we possess the means to transcribe such audio files into text!

Furthermore, Analytics helps extract valuable insights from vast amounts of data in remarkable ways. This enables us to plan and strategize for our business effectively, taking business operations in Thailand to a whole new level, especially with the support of AI technology, driving progress beyond our wildest dreams. The “Call Center” which was previously considered a “Cost Center” is now seen as a “Revenue Center” and has become an important source of big data that was never taken advantage of before.

The previous technology, called Phonetics, would have had a weakness in learning new words. This may be time consuming and expensive to carry out. Currently we use Large-Vocabulary Continuous Speech Recognition (LVCSR) converts calls to text by setting up a language model using a dictionary of hundreds of thousands of words. These dictionaries are used to interpret sounds. Data can be easily transferred to another system (such as a data warehouse system) where it can be used to further explore trends or events. Ability to use data for any type of analysis. This makes this system the most powerful solution.
